I'm currently doing a PhD on Falkland Island zooplankton communities, so am either in the Falklands or Aberdeen. In line with the multiple ways I've used this blog before, I am keeping the name the same, but planning on updating with interesting research and exploring that I do, especially while I'm in the Falkland Islands. This blog has previously been used while I was a long-term volunteer on Skomer Island in Wales, and while I was a research assistant at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand (which was it's original name, hence the blog name).
